I am an RRCA-Certified Running Coach with 10+ years of running experience and knowledge. I went from a back-of-the-pack runner in high school sports to receiving age group awards at local races and running all race distances.
I offer several types of training plans, tailored to your unique running background and goals.
Tier 1 Coaching
$90 / month (or $230 / 3 months)
- Personalized assessment based on athlete’s running history and goals
- Monthly training plan with paces, intensity, and distances specific to the individual athlete
- Personalized cross-training and recovery recommendations
- Unlimited revisions to the plan and ongoing support and coaching
- Weekly check-ins and touch points via email, call, or text
Tier 2 Coaching
$50 / month (or $120 / 3 months)
- Personalized assessment based on athlete’s running history and goals
- Monthly training plan with paces, intensity, and distances specific to the individual athlete
- Personalized cross-training and recovery recommendations
- Unlimited touch points via email with ongoing support and coaching
- Weekly touch points via call or text (initiated by athlete)
- Monthly check-ins to discuss goals and direction
Goal Race Training Plan
$50 / Plan
- Personalized assessment based on athlete’s running history and goals
- Customized training plan with paces, intensity, and distances specific to the individual athlete
