I offer several types of training plans, tailored to your unique running background and goals.

Tier 1 Coaching

$75 / month (or $200 / 3 months)

  • Personalized assessment based on athlete’s running history and goals
  • Monthly training plan with paces, intensity, and distances specific to the individual athlete
  • Personalized cross-training and recovery recommendations
  • Unlimited revisions to the plan and ongoing support and coaching
  • Weekly check-ins and touch points via email, call, or text

 

Tier 2 Coaching

$40 / month (or $100 / 3 months)

  • Personalized assessment based on athlete’s running history and goals
  • Monthly training plan with paces, intensity, and distancesspecific to the individual athlete
  • Personalized cross-training and recovery recommendations
  • Unlimited touch points via email with ongoing support and coaching
  • Weekly touch points via call or text (initiated by athlete)
  • Monthly check-ins to discuss goals and direction

 

Goal Race Training Plan

$30 / Plan 

  • Personalized assessment based on athlete’s running history and goals
  • Customized training plan with paces, intensity, and distances specific to the individual athlete
  • Personalized cross-training and recovery recommendations
  • Unlimited touch points via email with ongoing support and coaching
  • Weekly touch points via call or text (initiated by athlete)
  • Monthly check-ins to discuss goals and direction
